At Coffee With Canines we want you to LOVE your purchase, however if for some reason you are not happy with your purchase, please read the returns policy outlined below and follow the returns procedure to return your item(s).

ONLINE RETURNS POLICY

CRITERIA
  • We accept returns within 30 days from purchase, providing it is unopened and in original condition (including packaging).
  • We cannot accept returns on food, treats or any edible products that are opened due to strict health policies. Please make your selections carefully, and double check your order before submitting.
  • If there is a defect with an item, we must be notified within 2 days of receipt.
  • If we send an incorrect item, we must be notified within 2 days of receipt.
  • You can return your order for a refund or store credit.
PROCESSING RETURNS
  • We aim to process all returns within 3-5 business days of the item(s) being received.
  • If we receive a returned item in an unsuitable condition, the item(s) will be sent back to you.
  • You will receive an email with the details and outcome of your processed return.

    • Ensure you have read and meet the above returns criteria.
    • Download and complete our returns form and include it with your return parcel.

    • All return postage costs are at the customer's expense.
    • Any returned item(s) are the customers responsibility until we receive them. We are not responsible for any returned item(s) that are lost in transit. We recommend that you secure tracking and/or insurance for the item(s)you are returning and keep proof of postage.
